Tier 1: Visa-Free Access (Just Show Up)

South Asia: Passport Validity Traps

Southeast Asia: The Overstay Minefield

Thailand charges 500 baht (~$14) per day of overstay, capped at 20,000 baht. Over 90 days of overstay = 1-year ban. Over 1 year = 3-year ban. Over 3 years = 5-year ban. Over 5 years = 10-year ban.
